Omar Bay LLC ("Bay", "we", "us") is committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. These standards are published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and apply across the Bay marketplace and community (app and website).
Our standards against CSAE
- We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, conduct, or solicitation that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or grooms a child.
- We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other form of child exploitation or abuse.
- Bay is a marketplace and community intended for adults. Our Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from or permit use by children under 13.
In-app reporting and detection
- Users can report content, listings, messages, and other users directly within the app using the built-in report and block controls.
- Reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized and reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
- We may use a combination of user reports and proactive review to detect and act on violating content and behavior.
How we respond
- We remove violating content and take enforcement action against offending accounts, up to and including suspension or permanent termination.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities, as required by applicable law.
- We preserve relevant information where required to assist lawful investigations.
Legal compliance
- We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
- We align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and CSAE-prevention requirements, and we review these standards regularly.
